Im going to spend a month and devote myself to a list of only 4 things to do....and if i keep at them hopefully i should see promosing results.
Mindfulness internal and external
A specific mantra that ill make soon
Making sure my recall remains good
And the occashional RC maybe once an hour
What iv noticed about myself is that i move from one technique to the other after like a week or so and i now know what iv been doing wrong....ofcourse a new technique will take atleast a month in order to see any results.
Lets hope this new month task helps and any oppinions or views are welcome =)
