I had lucid during nap while I was on holiday, and it was after long swimming, but I didn't intedd to do it, i was lucid from the very start. I have a lot more chance for a lucid during night, and I think, so do you. You just need some activity during night when you wake up. I am not used to sleeping during afternoon, but wearing sleep mask, or making room dark will do the thing, I guess. |
