go to bed a bit earlier to compensate. tho if you wake up and have a bout of insomnia it will be a bit bad. But if you sleep an extra of 1.5 hours and are up for only a few minutes like 4 times then it won't be bad. I usually sleep the first 3 hrs before waking (where most of the deep sleep is), and then wake after each cycle. If I have slept too much on previous days I might have insomnia on the next night tho. Where I wake up at 4 or even 2:30 and can't get back to sleep at all (normal wake up time 5). |
