Trouble keeping eyes closed during DEILD

I know, this should be the last of my problems because I'm supposed to be very tired, so let me explain.

Last night I had literally the perfect opportunity for a DEILD. Before I woke up, a lot of stuff happened in the dream and I was just starting to tell someone about it. When I woke up I continued to say in my mind what happened in the dream as if I was still dreaming. After about 10 seconds the fans in the background got very loud and my entire body vibrated (are these vibrations real?). During these vibrations my eyes opened. I simply closed my eyes and continued.

After closing my eyes I started spinning but, knowing there was a wall right by my bed, when it felt as if I was at the wall I stopped spinning. Once again, the fans got loud and there was another vibration and my eyes opened, this time seeing the natural light causing me to be too awake for a DEILD.

How can I keep my eyes closed and continue spinning even though I know there is a wall there?

Did you open your eyes because you thought the sound was external? The sound is "real" in the sense that yes, you are experiencing it, but the sound is entirely internal (or at best, a distortion of something in the environment). Either way, it's irrelevant to the DEILD itself. Once you get more comfortable with the process of DEILD it won't matter what form the "noise" takes, you will recognize it as illusory and it will not bother you much.

Concerning the spinning, this is another form of "noise" and also isn't a big deal. Transitions take form in a lot of different ways. There is also, by this time, no wall except for the one that you imagine. Do you think your real body is actually spinning in bed!? At this point, the environment has become entirely mental, and all of the "objects" are just what your mind is mapping out. Therefore there is no wall. If you "hit" something during your DEILD attempt, it's no big deal. You are still asleep and more than likely the transition is either complete or almost complete.

I don't think it was the noise that caused me to open my eyes. They opened when my body was vibrating, although the noise was almost like a warning that the vibration was coming and it could have caused them to open that way.

I'm pretty sure all these sensations are false sensory inputs. When I try to WILD, I often hear some really distracting stuff like my phone ringing. I tend to open my eyes and get up from my bed, before realizing that my phone isn't ringing.

About opening your eyes, I'm not sure. Just have to learn to ignore all that "noise", keep your eyes closed and bravely spin into the dream. d:

Bit off-topic, but I actually sleep with my eyes open. I just completely shift my focus off of what I see when I sleep. However, if the room isn't dark enough, it will affect my dreams. I couldn't move in one lucid dream because real sensory input my eyes were receiving was too much. It locked me in place in the dream. How do I know my eyes are open when I sleep? Friends sometimes snap a picture of me sleeping with my eyes open and when I woke up from that one lucid dream I didn't have to open my eyes. After that lucid I always sleep in complete darkness or cover my eyes with something.

I understand that I'm not spinning and that it's not real but the conscious part of my mind knows there is a wall there. When I stopped "spinning", it interrupted me and caused me to become awake more than I already was.

So the point is I should just ignore all of these sensations, right?
