Question What is your current lucid dreaming routine generally like?

I asked Spellbee this in another thread already, but I thought I should just make an entire thread about it.

Daywork: Which RCs do you use and when? Do you make use of ADA/SAT?
Nightwork: When do you go to sleep? When do you time your WBTB? How long do you stay up for WBTB? And most importantly, which technique(s) do you use?
      Supplements: before and after WBTB?
LD frequency: How many LDs do you have per month/week/day?
      Here's my current routine:

      Code:
      Daywork:
I don't have any dreamsigns so I just try to do a nose-pinch-and-breathe RC every time I talk to someone or enter a new room, although I still forget it a lot of the time...

      Nightwork:
I go to sleep around 12pm-1am and I set my alarm for 5-6 hours later.
When my alarm wakes me up, I try to remain motionless in order to CAN-WILD.
If it fails after the first minute or so or if I already moved unintentionally, I go to the toilet downstairs, get back in bed and proceed to do SSILD.
When I wake up from a (lucid) dream I try to remain motionless aswell to DEILD.

      Supplements:
      - Melatonin 0.3mg
      - Vitamin B complex

      LD frequency:
About 3 RCILD/DILDs a week where I immediately wake up because I get startled so they don't count imo.
For the rest it's not so much applicable yet since I've recently changed my routine and I'm still working on improving my execution of various techniques.
Please share your routine as well if you would be kind to do so!

      Cool, cool!
      Daywork:
I have a couple of frequent dream signs, so whenever they make any sort of appearance in my everyday life, I do a nose-pinch-and-breathe RC. I also do this RC whenever I get any weird sensations or emotions. So far, I've had the best success rate with my DILDs using this RC.
      Nightwork:
Sometimes I'll read ETWOLD or browse the DV forums before bed, but otherwise, nothing pre-sleep. I go to bed at about 1:00am, set my alarm for 8:00am, usually awaken anywhere between 7:00am-7:30am naturally, and this is usually the period of time when I recall my dreams best, but there've been occasions much earlier in the night.
      Supplements:
      None.
      LD Frequency:
I've had 12 DILDs to date, and a lot of long periods of no motivation in between them. Trying to keep on track lately. When I start getting in the swing of things and recalling better/RCing daily, I can sometimes have 1 DILD a week or every other week. Have yet to try any other techniques.
