Hi,
I want to know how to stop lucid dreaming. I know lots of people want to do it and spend time practicing and learning how to do it.
I've always been able to do it, for as long as i can remember, from childhood. So much so, i thought it was normal and happened to everyone.
I want to stop it all together and hypnagogia (which i too have always been able to do).
It is having a hugely negative affect on my sleep and day to day life. The negatives are very much outwaying the positives of it.
Is there any way to stop. Or anyway just to wake up to a normal awake state in the mornings and not enter a lucid or hypnagogic state?
