Im actually on day 2 now....cab i ask is that all your doing towards mild just this technique or are u doing all the other mild exercises such as visualization and mantras?
Its interesting u say to not look at your phone....im gonna try this for sure...i do the same...check facebook and youtube before i sleep which i suppose can distract you.
Have you seen a definate increase in lucids just from the one week uv been doing the memory test? If so wow and congrats on the lucid =)
