Question Is it possible to get a heart attack from LD?

well my main goal from LDs is to overcome my fears, so i'll have to face them somehow.
if i get too scared is it possible to get a heart attack in real life and die from it?
since LDs can get as real as real life.

You are no more or less likely to have a heart attack during a dream than you are to have one while awake. If you are worried about having a heart attack, you should take steps to ensure your heart is healthy so you don't have to worry about having a heart attack anymore.

It has been my experience that in dreams my pain, fears, and other such scary emotions are muted....like maybe a little drunk.. and less than real life. On the other hand, joy, happiness and love are ofter greater than RL. But that could just be me. But when lucid my (mostly) rational mind has awakened and I know I am dreaming, so no fears in that.

I would think that it get's less likely to get a heart attack from lucid dreaming, since you basically know that you are in a dream.
      You are not your thoughts...

I have experienced very realistic pain, dizziness, nausea, heart palpitation, and trauma in dreams. Some of my most traumatic dream experiences had manifested in my waking reality as well such as passing of my significant other. In my dreams I was overtaken by grief, but in waking reality it was worse. I had total nervous breakdown and attempted suicide lots of times before I became "stable". So the traumatic nightmares were hardly as intense as waking reality. You are only going to experience in lucid dream any health issues that are likely to happen in regular dreams or in waking reality itself. If anything, it will likely be less intense in lucid dreams if you have the awareness "I'm dreaming". If you have a history of heart attacks I would advice against seeking to experience your fears in lucid dreams or if that's not possible take it in baby steps.
