What was this strange Dream ?! Help please.

So last night I was doing the WBTB technique to lucid dream. Woke up at 7 am and fell asleep again and attempted to focus on letting my body go to sleep and keeping my mind awake so that I can enter a lucid dream. Within minutes through my closed eyelids I could see my room and suddenly my body was pulled from the bed to about 8 feet at the bottom of my bed where a table and a chair was and i could feel a vibration and a magnetic pull. I was in shock because I didn't know what just happened since I only closed my eyes for a couple minutes. There was a mirror in the room then I decided to go through it. Going through the mirror felt like electricity kind of then I was in the next room but it looked different then the room in real life . I tried floating upwards to go through the ceiling but when I went through everything went black and i kept coming back to the same room. For some reason I couldn't leave .

I've never really had a lucid dream that real. It felt different than a lucid dream also it was very black and white without color.

      Has anyone had similar experiences?

There is quite a bit of debate if astral projection / Out-of-Body Experience (OBE) is just a different kind of dreaming or if we are actually projecting out of the body. Personally, I'm not decided on an opinion as I only had few astral projection and they do tend to feel different from lucid dreams. Anyway, what you described seems like a lucid dream, but it may have been an OBE as well. OBEs have often been described to be of environments with tinted color, like blue tone, gray tone etc. OBE can be dream-like sometimes though it tends to fell very real. Similarly I have had lucid dreams that were very realistic as well. The vibration could be you feeling the paralysis and the being-pulled-down sensation could have been a hallucination - they can be sensations and not just visual or auditory. So with all that said, only you can determine what you experienced. If it's of any comfort, i had experienced the stuff you described in my lucid as well as astral journeys.

Thank you so much for the input . It helps a lot. That was a really cool experience either way . I dont really have much knowledge of obe or astral p. Or wasn't even trying to do that.

I've experienced all those elements at different times, but not all together like that.
The black and white one is quite weird. I've also had a pixelated scene like a cartoon but in colour.
It's just a dream (lucid if you knew it was). I don't go with the idea of OBEs or APs. They are just snake oil names in my view, much easier explained as dreams.

Ok so it happened again . I was having a regular dream while I was doing the WBTB.. from the regular dream it went black and i was in my bed with eyes closed and all if a sudden I feel a vibration and i felt my body actually detaching.. I felt my head fall first the my lower back and then my arms and legs . It was the weirdest sensation ever . Like my body detaching from its own body wtf?!?!? Then after detaching I feel my "other body doing a 180 degree turn and start to float upwards. At this point everything is still black and then all of a sudden I could see. And holy cow it was super crisp and clear like if I was looking through my eyes. The weird thing is that it wasn't my room. It was another. I never looked down tho, all I did was look back as I was floating and saw a wall and went through it. It brought me to this bathroom looking place with a bunch if small squared tiles . Guys I can't. Beleive how real this felt. I look at my hands and say wow THIS is crazy!. So I look at myself in a mirror but I was blurry .. I went to another room and there were people and it was a hospital looking place . People were just walking around and Noone could see me. I was putting my hands through walls and people . It's like if I was a ghost running around in my boxers haha. So I decided to go to the girls bathroom and i felt my heartbeat starting to race and i opened my physical eyes. This experience put me in the best mood . I was laughing and in awe for days!. I wish I could do this everyday.

Perhaps you feel like you aren't making much progress with one of the major tasks in your life. You feel like maybe you're just running in circles, and no matter what you try you don't get very far. The electric feelings could represent the stress you feel from this situation.

Alternatively, maybe you've been feeling lost lately.

Lost and running in circles? Heck no I've never been so excited in my life this experiences have been the most powerful experience I've ever had. Now that I've found lucid dreaming or whatever this is I want to never stop practicing and i want to get better at it. And I actually got really far from doing this techniques.

Are you sure it was a lucid dream because when i get lucid dream i can control things and make it happen according to what i want and since you said you can't leave the room so the dream was not in your control.
Choose Best Pool Table : Buying a pool table isn't piece of cake since they are expensive doing proper research is a must.
