Thank you all for your advice! I have considered the material from all of your post. I think I could give it a try. Changing my perspective.

And thoughts. It's rare that I have a thought in a dream(or maybe I dont remember). I could say it's almost always like a movie. I am looking to change that, I feel I should set the intention to do so, and continue with my awareness exercises. Like meditation, and the RRC, and yes I do perform RC's in waking life.

And sageous, I like your input on that, I will definitely try to do rc's once I find myself in those situations.
