when we set our intention to remember our dreams, we usually have a quick improvement in our ability to do so
Usually within a week or so of good sleep hygiene and proper intention to recall dreams i am remembering at least 2 or dreams per night

i wonder if this amazing improvement in this ability to do something immediately after one wakes up can be transfered to the period before waking up or during the dream
and i wonder what specific adjustment will enable one to do that more effectively
