Is it because i try too hard? I had my first lucid dream this morning and i tried to fly but i could float up and it took so much concertation :d, then i tried to break the window so i could go outside but it didn't work. then i tried to fly upwards again but i woke up soon, with massive headache and my right eye hurted :/
