Keep practicing awareness and reality checks and it will be higher next time. I don't think there are 'levels of lucidity' though, i find that concept to be unnecessarily limiting and there are no limits in lucid dreams.
As for memory, it's not uncommon to have different memory of waking life in lucid dream, but there are techniques to get it closer to full. Firstly, do you have goal list? If not, make one and read through it some times through day and especially before going to sleep. Think about your goals through the day as well. Also you can write/type your important goals somewhere before going to sleep, maybe even in form of small story or even simple drawing if you want. And also, you set the intention to remember goals using mantra while falling asleep,a nd when you get lucid, stop for a bit and try remembering something from your goals or just any recent waking life memory.
