I have researched and couldnt find a thread concerning different methods for those of us who have trouble falling asleep or staying alseep so if you know of another thread just point me in the right direction.

I have initial insomnia and looking for ways other than prescription meds (ex:ambien) and even OTC meds(ex:TylenolPM). Im just curious of different ways either herbal, vitamins, drinking tea or something else that you use to help you acheive sleep and/or more vivid dreams. Ive read some threads on B6 and nutmeg etc. and would like to know of others opinions or methods. Some of the herbal teas I have tried in the recent past have helped to a certain extent but not enough to where i notice a huge difference.
Any thoughts or advice would be be greatly appreciated.
