Anyway, I got to the point where I had so much complete, vivid control of my dreams, I got bored! I ended up with nights of me just sitting on a throne, in the middle of an endless grey mist, with nothing to do, because there were no more challenges.

Yes, I have often made the point that too much control simply turns off the Communication that is coming to us from our Higher Self -- Our Dream Mind. Dream Control is like talking to ourselves instead of listening to what Our Spirit might have to say to us.

But I am surprised that your Dream Self let you get away with it. For most people who try to assert too much control, they fall into a syndrome of False Awakenings as their Dream Self tries to shake off the Control.

But I suppose both your Will and Discernment were very strong, and your Dream Self intuited that all it really needed to do was to let you Win so that you could see for yourself your own hollow Victory.

Tell me, has there been any Dreams of Reconciliation. Have any Dream Guides come forward to Patronize or Sponsor you as you come back into a true Dream Interaction. Or is it all just sundry Enemies, Dragons and Foes? I would think that after you abandoned your Throne in the Grey Mists and started wandering back, that you would have been met by some sort of a Wise Old Man Archetype who would have given you some bit of encouragement along with a heart felt Welcome.
