so set up your own program in which you drill yourself in Lucid Dreaming Goals 8 times each day. that will work also.

But any program which sets aside a good deal of time for Suggestion will have its results.

Here, try this one... get a digital watch with a timer and set it for 20 minute intervals, to beep every 20 minutes for the entire day. And every time it beeps, go over your Lucid Dreaming Check List. Hmmmmmmm, if you let it run for 12 hours, and 20 minute intervals mean that it will go three times each hour -- that figures out to 36 times you have gone over your Lucid Dreaming Checklist.

That is bound to have an effect on one's subliminal motivations.
