If you have so much time, you can do this:


Write down about 10 - 20 phrases with content like,

Where am I?

Why am I doing this?

Who is this?

Turn around.

Try to fly.

Who am I talking to?

This is not reality!

It's a dream!

I WILL remember it!

I am the best!


..etc. Record them on a mike. Then, about 9 times a day, read the phrases out loud about 6-7 times. Listen as often.

It's practically the same thing, although without the program. I should think it would work pretty well. Might take a few weeks longer without the program, but should produce the same results.


Program or no program, the trick here is not to do 2 hours on a stretch, but rather 2 hours over the day, stretching it out as much as you can, doing it as often as you can.


Still WAY more effective than dream signs, looking at your hands every few minutes (gets really annoying), dream journals (though you still need them if you want to remember your LD's .
