1) Try to take some vitamin B complex (b6, b12, etc)
2) At least have a DJ and update it EVERY MORNING. Even if you don't recall anything.
3) Say to yourself about 20-50 times full of confidence: "Tonight I will remember a lot of my dreams".
4) You could set your alarm for an hour earlier than you'd usually wake up, then when you wake up, you'll probably recall a dream. Go back to sleep. As soon as you wake up from that, you'll most likely recall a dream
