I think I need to work a little on dream recall, because I havn't remembered a dream, even non-lucid ones for many weeks. Yesterday I remembered like 2 secounds of a dream. It was storming out, I went to bed. I just remembered hearing something about a servear storm, and our mouths dropping. That's it.
So let me get this straight,
I should set my alarm at least 4-5 hours after i go to bed. Wake up when alarm goes off, Possible get a drink or what ever, and go back to bed. And it should eventually help me dream recall a little better?
