Soon I will go working on ship so my sleeping schedule will become unstable because of more or less random hours of working. My question is what can I do?
Mastering directly any technique may be difficult if not possible. For sure WILD, SSILD and WBTB is very limited, CAT is impossible, so maybe instead of technique I should try to improve side skills like dream memory or general awarness?


My plan is as follow:
- ADA everyday as much as possible
- Meditation 2 times per day (after lunch and before sleeping) 5 days per week
- Describe at least one dreams in DJ and put tags for all remembered dreams per day

Is there something more what can I do? Excluding MILD bc I’m already have long sleep latency and MILD is making this longer
