      it took me a little over a month to have my first LD after hearing about lucid dreaming
      am i dreaming?

      WILD can be a difficult method for many people -- I've never had much luck with it.

      My best success has come using MILD and WBTB.

      For me my 1st lucid dreams came naturally. After that I got interested and searched on techniques... then LD's came way more frequently (especially with wbtb+mild). Right now I have a slight lapse but I'm trying to get back there...

      seems to me that most people go for the DILD and MILD.

      Wild: 1
      Dild: 4

      I've always had LDs, but I can tell you that sometimes I'll go into dry spells that can take me a month to get out of once I actively start trying again.
