but it is very hard to relax during sp as it is quite frightening when hearing a lot of noises including heavy breathing and a hand sensation on my shoulder and also not been able to do anything about it. I have LD's on a regular basis but the sp doesnt happen as much to me as in the past. It comes and goes every couple of months.
