Well i do WILD without waking up from sleep. Does that work ? I read it did but i guess im not sure. Anyway, I first relax by progressive muscle relaxation. I then focused on something to keep my mind occupied by counting, however a part of me is still conscious of myself while im counting and i am usually conscious of breathing when im trying to fall asleep and because of that im conscious of my heartbeat which i noticed was speeding up slightly when i was nervous and that lead me to feel my body. I need help on being only "in my head". |
