all of these places is were you have spent good times in your life. I have times were i have dreamed about my old high school and in those dreams i have done things which i wanted to do in school but i havnt. Ur subcontuse just takes these places and gives you the chance to try and relive what you found to be some of the happies moments in you life. What you said about the metro i think that since i dont no if you have but used it alot and it became a ruteen for you.
So your mind uses that as that is some of your most recent memories

Yeah I innitially imagined that people Incubate things happening to you, people, objects and scenes in Waking life that made a big Impression on you somehow.

However I have had alot of Psychedelic experiences with Magic Mushrooms and some with other psychedelics. These experiences were all VERY impressive and during Mushroom experiences I have tried meditating on Dreaming and Lucidity. However none of these very Impressive experiences became incubated fully into my Dreams. I have dreamt about eating magic Mushrooms twice but that was really occasional.

So I'm not sure what this means or weather it means anything at all: Do impressive events return in dreams? Or don't ALL impressive experiences make it into your dreams?

I have only my Conscious mind now to determine what is "impressive" but who knows my subconscious mind might have a completely different idea of what is "impressive" enough to be incubated into my Dreams.

So thusfar I may have found 2 aspects of the "criteria" at which waking life events are incubated into dreams:
-Routine (Doing something very frequently and often that you can "dream it")
School, Metro, Work..etc are all Routine things in our lives.
-Emotionally Impressive Events (beloved Girl/Boy-friend breaking up with you, loved ones dying, being severely bullied @ school..etc. These things seem to be very likely to be incubated into dreams and even become reoccuring dreams)

Other than Routine events and Emotionally Impressive events I want to learn more conditions like these that decide wether such an event, in waking life, will make it into a Dream

      Good

If I would have a REALLY good explanation for why I dream exactly what I dream I might have a much better idea of how to deliberately incubate things into my dreams. Which is exactly what I don't.

I really don't have a clue. If intense & impressive events from waking life are all going to be incubated in dreams than all I needed to do is await the very next impressive event in my life and remember to recognise it as a Dream sign.

But appearantly not all impressive events return in our Dreams. Just some.
So I was wondering about those events, things..etc that DO make it into your Dreams: What's different about these things that they DO get incubated while other, impressive events are seldomly or never seen in Dreams? What do these incubated events have that other events don't?

well ur mind takes a memory of everything you do ryt
so maby wen ur in a dream as i have found ur mind would take another memory and mix it with another one thats one of my dream signs what i have found.

One thing what i have noticed latly which backs up that piont i was dreaming of my high school now i got kicked out because i set this guys face on fire. he wasnt badly hurt he found it funny as fuck. Now everytime am there i always see it there just a flash of fire somwere or another.

One more thing as well now this is going to open it up i had a dream about i was in a primary school and i was just getting back up after assembally now wen i woke up i had never gone to this primary school before. 5 years later i am in this primary school and i am doing exactly what i did in the dream

I don't think Routine is as big a factor as the Emotionally significant events. You spend enough time in the same place, and you're bound to have some emotionally significant events there.

The strong emotions would be the most significant one I've noticed. Especially in something I'm watching on TV, a show or movie. Heroes was good for that, as well as the movie Pan's Labrynth.

Other than that, I find obsessiveness a sure fire way to incubate dreams. If I obsessively play a video game or work on some project, then guaranteed that's what I'll be doing all night. But these dreams tend to be repetitive in nature, and are usually lacking a plot, making them difficult to remember.
