Talking where do you get itchy when WILDing?

As we all know it, itches in WILD attempts are really chalenging, and demand lots of self control.

Lately, all my WILD itching was on my nose, and I really wonder if my brain picks it because it's the most sensitive part of my body.

Also I find this strange. I have 1.70m of body to feel itchy on; so why does it have to be my nose??

My arms and forehead come in second place, when they do ever come.

So, what is your itchy point? How bad do you think it is?

      wolf hugs,

Saying quantum physics explains cognitive processes is just like saying geology explains jurisprudence.

      .. ..

I'm sorry that just struck me as funny (I can't imagine why)!

Seriously, I'd have to say my calves. On a scale from 1 to 10. . sometimes about a 7.

I almost never have the problem while trying to WILD but - when I just do a regular deep-relaxation technique - my nose and forehead often begin to itch like crazy.

Wherever my body feels like it can torment the most at any given moment. Usually random, anywhere from my head to my toes.

haha, those itches are actually the biggest problem...im the same kromoh,

the nose is definitely a bother for me. i just try to imagine that the itch melts

away, and this tends to work sometimes.

Somewhere on the face, definitely. Usually somewhere on my scalp, or the face, particularly the eyebrows.

Geez the nose is the biggest problem for me as I am a bit ways into it all the sudden this demon itch comes out of nowhere on the left tip of the nostril and it is crazy itchy many a WILD attempt have failed due to this itch.

Most often for me it occurs in the pit between my large toe and my... index toe, I suppose. There, or on the sides of the toes facing that cleft. It's most often the sort of overpowering itch that makes your leg twitch involuntarily, and once I've done that then I might as well sit up entirely to reach it and scratch with reckless abandon. Sometimes I also get nerves twinges in the soles of my feet that make it near impossible to keep them still; they're not itches, and there's nothing I can do about them, so when they occur it's usually game over for that night.

For some reason everything starts to get really hot (its cause im in the room). Not just WILD but any form of meditation. I start to sweat heavily. My chin usually itches, and the top of my head.

I get itches on my nose, though they don't bother me. I don't feel the need to itch or roll over when I'm attempting a while.

      I'm weird.

So for me it's my nose, and it's bad. I do alright, but eventually give in and scratch my nose/entire face in a big rush! But it's usually when the rest of my body is nice and relaxed and I feel I could go deeper, but this always fouls my attempts. Anyone have any advice on how to work with this? Is it just plain old ignoring it?

Last night it seemed different, like I was starting to appreciate it as some sort of tingling energy. But I still lost attention and scratched.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

      Thanks,

      Keith

My nose was crazy itchy last night. When i ignore the impulse i instantly fall deeper into the wild process. Its like a switch being flipped on.

Also, it felt like a fly smacked me in the face which was weird. Has that ever happened to anyone?
