As we all know it, itches in WILD attempts are really chalenging, and demand lots of self control. |

Saying quantum physics explains cognitive processes is just like saying geology explains jurisprudence.
It's always my darn upper back, it kills because i lay on my back and i have to swivel my arms around to my back to itch. |

Not at all itchy. |

I almost never have the problem while trying to WILD but - when I just do a regular deep-relaxation technique - my nose and forehead often begin to itch like crazy. |

Somewhere on the face, definitely. Usually somewhere on my scalp, or the face, particularly the eyebrows. |

Geez the nose is the biggest problem for me as I am a bit ways into it all the sudden this demon itch comes out of nowhere on the left tip of the nostril and it is crazy itchy many a WILD attempt have failed due to this itch. |

Most often for me it occurs in the pit between my large toe and my... index toe, I suppose. There, or on the sides of the toes facing that cleft. It's most often the sort of overpowering itch that makes your leg twitch involuntarily, and once I've done that then I might as well sit up entirely to reach it and scratch with reckless abandon. Sometimes I also get nerves twinges in the soles of my feet that make it near impossible to keep them still; they're not itches, and there's nothing I can do about them, so when they occur it's usually game over for that night. |

For some reason everything starts to get really hot (its cause im in the room). Not just WILD but any form of meditation. I start to sweat heavily. My chin usually itches, and the top of my head. |
|
I get itches on my nose, though they don't bother me. I don't feel the need to itch or roll over when I'm attempting a while. |
|
So for me it's my nose, and it's bad. I do alright, but eventually give in and scratch my nose/entire face in a big rush! But it's usually when the rest of my body is nice and relaxed and I feel I could go deeper, but this always fouls my attempts. Anyone have any advice on how to work with this? Is it just plain old ignoring it? |
|
My nose, mostly, I think. |
|
My nose was crazy itchy last night. When i ignore the impulse i instantly fall deeper into the wild process. Its like a switch being flipped on. |
