As we all know it, itches in WILD attempts are really chalenging, and demand lots of self control. |

It's always my darn upper back, it kills because i lay on my back and i have to swivel my arms around to my back to itch. |

Somewhere on the face, definitely. Usually somewhere on my scalp, or the face, particularly the eyebrows. |

Geez the nose is the biggest problem for me as I am a bit ways into it all the sudden this demon itch comes out of nowhere on the left tip of the nostril and it is crazy itchy many a WILD attempt have failed due to this itch. |

hmmmm, I'd rather not say |

Ninjas killed my family, need money for kung-fu lessons
I almost never have the problem while trying to WILD but - when I just do a regular deep-relaxation technique - my nose and forehead often begin to itch like crazy. |
|
Nose and eyebrow. Also kills me because once I scratch one brow, I have to scratch the other one or it doesn't feel "even." |
|
Lol, nah. That's just me. Don't talk about that though, I'm a hypochondriac and I'll think I have it haha. |
|
well, just to say it, I've had this thign when I was younger |

Yeah, I asked some of my friends and parents, and they say that they have the same problem too. Judging from this, it's highly unlikely that I have it, and I don't have any of the other symptoms besides that. Anyway, back to lucid dreaming... |

Damn, I couldn't relax at all last night without my forehead and nose starting to itch. Actually, I could sleep at all but, that certainly didn't help. It's so annoying. |
|
The nose, arm, eyebrow, elbow. Today it was my arm and elbow. I almost went crazy. |
|
i remember in my last WILD my left cheek itched so bad it felt like it was burning |
|
I've never gotten itchy during a WILD attempt. But I suspect I will now after posting here. So i'll get back to you on that. |
|
Right on my taint. Seriously! |
|
My nose and my foot. I hate the foot one because I have to either move my leg or sit up to get at it. |

Most often for me it occurs in the pit between my large toe and my... index toe, I suppose. There, or on the sides of the toes facing that cleft. It's most often the sort of overpowering itch that makes your leg twitch involuntarily, and once I've done that then I might as well sit up entirely to reach it and scratch with reckless abandon. Sometimes I also get nerves twinges in the soles of my feet that make it near impossible to keep them still; they're not itches, and there's nothing I can do about them, so when they occur it's usually game over for that night. |

For some reason everything starts to get really hot (its cause im in the room). Not just WILD but any form of meditation. I start to sweat heavily. My chin usually itches, and the top of my head. |
