Hello, I decided to attempt an LD this morning using the WBTB technique. It was a little disappointing and so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or personal experience with the matter. Anyways, this was my trial:

First off, I ended up going to bed around 2:AM and set my alarm for 8:AM. Upon waking up I wrote what I could remember from my dreams in my DJ then came over to the computer and read some articles on LDing and looked over the tutorial for WBTB again as well as some other tutorials. I went back to bed after about an hour and a half but had difficulty falling back asleep. I ended up laying there for at least 15 or 20 min and found it very hard to concentrate on LDing and remembering my dream upon waking up. After I finally fell back into sleep and got up 2 1/2 hours later I hardly remembered anything except feelings of frustration and tid bits of a dream. Could it of been too late in the morning? Or might it of helped if I had set another alarm in the morning to wake me up after the completion of the sleep cycle?
