      Easiest Induction Techniques

Can someone list the easiest lucid induction techniques they know?

2 or 3 would be nice.

This should be under obtaining lucidity. It's really quite obvious.

It really depends on the person, but DILD and FILD work the best for me.

Hey, this is lucid dream related, it still fits here.

Sorry, I'm still very new here,

      Can someone explain FLID?
This is the date of my first lucid: 3/6/2010
It took WAY TOO LONG - but was completely worth it.

      Lots of techniques there

DILDS seem the best for beginners though.

It's real easy bud... here are some of the basics, also i highly recommend checking out all those links.

FILD - finger induced lucid dream
DILD - Dream Induced Lucid Dream
      Wild- Wake induced lucid dream
Mild - Mneumic induction lucid dream

Those are basically the 4 basic ways with many variations and cutoffs. Im not sure about all the spellings i didnt take the time to check. But still check those links to get descriptions of the methods. C ya

      FILD (finger induced lucid dream)

when you wake up like for 2 secs and if someone asks you something you will always say something nonsense .. this is the stage of sleep in which FILD is done.

What you have to do is a slight movement of your pointing and middle finger like if playing the piano with those fingers but doing it with a very slight movement will keep you concient while you enter REM again soo PUFF you are in the dream now go do what you want.

(advice: dont think on anything else while moving your fingers, it will be easy to do that in that stage of sleep JUST MOVE YOUR FINGERS in the slight piano motion)

dont be scared of the buzzing and scarying feeling while moving you fingers.

Wake back to bed is fairly easy, you just need to catch yourself waking up at night. Or set an alarm

If you wanna do something easier, try DILD or MILD, and like Reclypso said, pairing it up with a wake back to bed would help make it easier too

      Lucid dream please!

I'm gonna have to say that FILD is a variation of wild, but I digress.

Try searching for Micheal Raduga's free ebook. Also search for google (in quotes) 'how to have an instant wild' and you'll be given a juicy 20 page topic on the ebook. It's very well written and is not marketed or intended for profit which in my opinion means the author must really know his stuff

MILD is theoretically easiest; all the concentrated work is done before sleep, and lucids just follow from subconscious instruction. You can do a lot of prep work while you can think about it, like self-hypnosis and meditation; it takes a lot of presence of mind to WILD in the middle of the night, and sleep paralysis can freak the crap out of you.

Not sure if these are the easiest, but they are most effective IMO:

-ADA (KingYoshi's thread on 'Attaining Lucidity')
It will take a while to get used to it, but this can give you tons of LD's

      - Michael Raduga's Indirect Techniques
This is a highly effective form of DEILD. You can download his free e-book. Google 'Michael Raduga' and it should be easy to find

I've almost done the same; the box at the bottom sometimes comes up saying "similar threads", I think "oh, I'll read that", read through, about to post a reply, and then... "05-04-2005"
