I know this has been said by many of DV fellows, but why don't you try to convince yourself in some period of your time during the day and make believe that everything you see is a dream. In this state of mind where you see everything as a dream, what happens is your mind develops a stable state of consciousness.
This state of thinking actually believe it or not has gotten me many DILDs. Thinking this way, your mind gets confused and actually starts to question this reality, but it is you who is causing this confusion on purpose. Dude believe it or not, we can fool our own minds and that's just plain creepy.
So, making believe your daily reality is just a dream will eventually have an impact on your mind and your dreams. Good luck and just remember, don't do anything crazy while trying this technique or you just might end up looking like a lunatic. Try and control yourself as you do this technique and just know that it's only your mind that you are fooling
