Try hard at the start, put as much in as you can, build good habits, and if you succeed, or get frustrated, don't think about it for a while and see where that goes.

So cheetah as long as you can before you get frustrated or start losing sleep, then turtle for a while. It's all about knowing yourself, whether you are apt to lucid dreaming naturally or not, and changing your approach when necessary.

A cheetah knows when to wait it out, just as he knows when to sprint into action. A turtle never needs to move fast, as he has natural protection, and never has to catch a meal.

so I guess I second Churtle

Yeah I like that answer too. Steady progress withouth effort doesn work as good as it should. Churtle approach seems really promissing. But as you said Cheetah knows, when to use his powers and start sprinting. And turtle holds you on the task. The combination would be perfect.

Still its a dynamic balance between usages of two extremes. It could be also interesting to research what are the signs, which tells us to change the style from cheetah to turtle and vice versa.
