Hello all. I'm new to DV and introduced myself in the Noob sec but anyway...

I've been wondering. This happens to me a lot and have since I was small, but I don't know if this has a name or not.

It is when I'm completely awake and feel like I'm dreaming (like now and I KNOW I am awake right now as I'm typing this). It's a weird feeling and I'm sure many ppl have experienced this. And last week, I felt as if I wasn't me, like I was looking in from the outside. I chalked it up to a weird dizzy spell or something because I didn't feel like that once I stopped in my tracks. (I was walking and turned around and boom - that's when I felt that 'feeling' of not being in my body). I do have dizzy spells so that's why I'm assuming that was one...though the first time I've had one like "that". Has anyone else felt like this, is there a name for it?

And I haven't had a lucid dream in....forever. (Added that fact in there to try and stay on a semi LD topic).
