Look at it this way, atleast you can remember to do something in a lucid dream. I just wake up in a dream and I'm like "Let's go Dragonabll Z", it doesn't even work 100% of the time. |

I also have the same problem, of not thinking clearly, but what I have tried to do before I found this site, was to try to remember what I could do before to do it. |

I believe it is to do with the type of brain waves we have when dreaming. Beta I think are the ones that make us question and reason but we dont have many of them while dreaming. |

Because your dream memory and your real memory are stored in completely different places (which is why recall can be difficult for beginners) You could do exercises to make the bridge between your dreaming brain and your real memory better by practicing recalling things from the day in your dream. |
