I completely gave up video games for Lucid Dreaming. I got so into the games that they took all my attention away from dreaming. So video games not only takes my Lucidity away, But all dream recall as well. It wasn't always that way though.

Also when I'm very very tired, I just pass out with no recall. That's why I take naps when I get home from work. The nap takes care of most of the deep sleep, then I will usually get a bunch of recall at night.

Sometimes I do get recall in my naps though. And every now and then a nap Lucid. But most of the time I don't remember anything from them.
