Funny little webcomic, the idea look familiar?

The alternate text for it is:

The funny thing is that I half expect some of you to actually try this. Dang you Sleep Paralysis.

      Hi NASCAR

Hee hee, that’s a good one.

It reminded me of a recent lucid dream in which I started to write in what I thought was my little notebook by the side of the bed, in order to remember it. I then realised that it couldn’t be my waking notebook, as I was dreaming, but still I continued.

A good job I did too as when I did come back to this reality, I was able to remember a couple of things from the dream notebook, which I then jotted into my ‘real’ notebook. Without the dreambook, I most likely would have forgotten those important parts.

      So yeah, great idea!!

Wouldn't it be cool if we could actually do that? All we have now are eye signals, which could be used for morse code, I guess.

      Also, here's a counter comic:

Reminds me of dream spinning, and being a member of a community gives it even more reason, trying to push back the dawn to stay in the dream longer.

I posted that same comic on Lucidipedia a while ago! http://www.lucidipedia.com/forum/ind...iewtopic&t=198

Haha. I've been thinking about ways to communicate with the real world.

Edit: Oh, and my signature is an XKCD comic.

Crap! I'll be late for levitation class! Better set my alarm to 'cinnamon.'

I read xkcd. I have tried that. Unsuccessfully, since my laptop computer is pre-1990, and weighs about 3/4 as much as a modern CPU and flatscreen monitor (especially since the screen failed, and I have to attack a prosthetic monitor for it to run).
I hated the comic Luminous posted. I loved the idea, but for days I was afraid to go to sleep, in case I fell in love with (or at least cared about the existence of) someone who would be destroyed when I woke.

I just want to learn to talk in my sleep. My boyfriend does it all the time, why can't I!?
