      Most Lucid Dreams

I have a question: Who on the forum has had the most lucid dreams?
And who has had the most in one night?

That'd be very hard to figure out. As for me, the most I think I've ever had was 2. Not much I guess, but good enough for me!

Not sure how many LDs I've had in total...but the most I've had in a 24 hour period was 4 during naps.

Of course after the first one I was so excited I think I napped like 3 hours that day to have more LDs!! I miss naps.

I've had about 8 lucid dreams of varying lucidity. And only 4 or so of them were very lucid.

The most LD's in one time (I usually have them during naps) is 2.

The Naturals would obviously win the most LD's.

Yeah, I'm not really counting either, but I think my nightly record is 3, maybe 4.

When I was about 13 or 14 years old, I had at least one lucid dream every night for about a year, no lie. So I've had quite a bit of lucid dreams.

I had an incredible ability to have a lucid dream every night, and the lucidity lasted the entire dream. When I was that age, I didn't know what lucid dreaming was and thought that everyone dreamt like this.
.......Then I think of my youth and of my first love-when the longing of desire was strong. Now I long only for my first longing. What is youth? A dream. What is love? The substance of a dream.

thats cool that you can do it naturally! i remember having a few lucid dreams when i didnt know what it was - just dimly aware that i was in bed in the real world and that i didnt need to worry abut anything because i was dreaming - but ive never been able to control my dreams, or have a lucid dream at will. and its been ages since i knew i was dreaming. i need more practice!

      Practice, practice practice!!!!!

It does seem though that it is a deeply rooted practice of human beings to experience all levels of consciencousness (did i spell that right <---)

You have to wonder though, in the caveman days if they ever had a lucid dream, would they be evolved enough intelligence wise to take advantage of the dream?
As it would seem rational to think they were advised to live much on physical needs and instincts rather than logical thought.

I'm a natural LDer. I have at least 4 iterations in a night. I always dream, even if it is a catnap and I dream every night. I started Lding at age six and I'll be 40 in September, so it is roughly about 50,000.
What a long, strange trip it's been.

Im a natural lucid dreamer too, but most of my dremas are only semi lucid. No matter what I'll always be semilucid, sometimes ill get high lucidity. I'll know im dreaming and change a few thing, but for the most part i accept whats happening as reality. I dont mind either, becase when i wake up I treat it the same way too.

Lucky man. I am trying to reach a state of complete non-lucidity. I have acheived two in the past months but even then they where semi-lucid. I knew I was dreaming but I managed not to interfere. Trust me when I say that always semi-lucid is better than always completely lucid.

I'm jealous of the naturals as I've had only about 4 LDs. I just have to stop getting lazy with my journal

I call that an LD series. On rare occasions I will be in a ld and think 'well this boring, how about a change', then wake up for 2 or 3 seconds, and then bingo, another ld. It would go on like that for 6 or 8 times than I remember.
