      Break the news gently why don't ya, lol ! Yeh thats cool, the more people the better. Just be sure to vary the alarm times from time to time, otherwise it could just turn into routine.

      Strange, I just mentioned this in a post one second before seeing this thread.

      My internal clock is very accurrate, but I need to tell myself specifically when I want to wake up. I know it is not coincidence, because I can change the wake up time from night to night. Also, I can not see the clock next to my bed, so I know I'm not just subconsciously keeping an eye on the time.

      Yea i seem to be able to wake myself up pretty accurately just by telling myself too. I often say 'After the first dream i have, i want to wake up' . then i know i will wake up about 2 hours later.

      That's prett interesting too, then the recall is better and you can jout it down in a journal.
