I've heard people talk about things like doing a reality check every time you walk through a door, so then it becomes a habit and you do it in your dreams. |

sounds like it could work to me so good luck and tell me how your little experiment goes |

Buy a watch that beeps every hour, and do a reality check every time it beeps. That works really well for me, and even if I don't hear my watch beep in a dream, I do so many reality checks during the day that I'll find myself doing a check out of habit. |

yeah. it's a great thing to do. |

Yeah, I might try the door one. I walk through plenty of those in one day. Problem will be trying to remember |

I'm constructing a hypnosis script that not only motivates the listener to do more reality checks, but encourages them to put proper thought into each reality check they do. Anyway, it isn't done yet. I need to finish it and test it. What I've tested so far sounds nice (I'm working on topic transitions). I also need a lengthier induction. |

I second the watch suggestion. My days are too hectic to remember with any sense of consistency, so I have a watch that beeps every half hour. I find myself doing an impromptu RC a few times a day, but it's not quite habitual yet. Mostly I still rely on the watch to remind me. |
