I recently ordered Stephen Laberge's book "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" and am so excited to see what it's all about! Can anyone give me any sort of feedback they've come up with pertaining to the book? Thanks |

Tons of great stuff on this site also. |

I recieved the book as a christmas gift and Ive been reading it pretty heavily. Its good. It not onnly teaches you about lucid dreaming, but it gives you the basics of dreaming in general. Im kind of a geek so I like to learn about stuff like that. Its a very interesting read and i feel that it will be very helpful to me. |

TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]
10-15min LD [ X] Article: A day in the life of an LD-er
the "Mind V.S. Body" Induction technique
Everyman 2 LD's/ sleep schedule progress
It is one of the few good reads on the subject of lucid dreaming because it pairs the theory with the how to guide. I wouldnt call it a program per se, but it does give you great advice and leads you step y step through some of the excercises. Its a great book, the farther into it I get, the more I want to read. |

I don't consider something like this a waste of cash. Considering it's only 10 bucks, versatile, and I don't have to stare at a screen, I'd say it was 10 bucks well spent. |

Awesome read. I hope you enjoy it. |

It's definitely not a waste of cash. The book is great and it's nice to be able to take it somewhere peaceful like a park or beside a lake or pool and read it rather than staring at a screen. I just finished reading it a few days ago. I was on holiday by the seaside and it was so nice to be reading about my all-time fav hobby in such a suitably scenic setting. Had lots of cool LDs during the time I was reading it! |

I personally knew most of it already from what I'd read on the internet. I thought there would be more detailed science, or more detailed info on exactly what you can do and how to do it. But it was still interesting and I imaginine for a newbie it would be great. My favourite bit was the chapter on problem solving, and the ideas about creating a specific problem solving room with your own personal panel of geniuses to help you. |
