Exploring the world of lucid dreaming

I recently ordered Stephen Laberge's book "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" and am so excited to see what it's all about! Can anyone give me any sort of feedback they've come up with pertaining to the book? Thanks

It was an e-book at one point. I read it before it got taken down. <.<

Anyway, it's good stuff! There's bits of it on the lucidity website. I like the tone and organization of the book. Easy to follow.

Great book that teaches you the fundamentals. Stephen still does seminars and workshops. I got to attend one once when I first became interested in the subject. He's totally fascinating to hear in person (because he's been doing this for so long and helped pioneer it) and that book's a good advanced intro into the topic. Tons of great stuff on this site also.

I recieved the book as a christmas gift and Ive been reading it pretty heavily. Its good. It not onnly teaches you about lucid dreaming, but it gives you the basics of dreaming in general. Im kind of a geek so I like to learn about stuff like that. Its a very interesting read and i feel that it will be very helpful to me.

Sounds like a good read I'm so excited to get it in a week So is it more of a program where you start with recall and journal, move on to reality checks, then on to more advanced things or is it all just theory?

It is one of the few good reads on the subject of lucid dreaming because it pairs the theory with the how to guide. I wouldnt call it a program per se, but it does give you great advice and leads you step y step through some of the excercises. Its a great book, the farther into it I get, the more I want to read.
