How can I remember I woke up during the night?

I know I wake up more then once during the night, I only seem to remember waking up once a night. Is there any steps I can do to remember I have woken? I want to try to DEILD but the time I wake up it's light outside

Double alarm clock, or one with a snooze. Or, drink a bunch of water before bed. The key to waking up fully is movement.
