It seems like when I realize that I am dreaming, I suddenly become more aware of the fact that I am laying down and that my eyes are closed; I can actually feel myself in bed and feel my eyes closed. It really makes the LD much less interesting because its more like I'm watching than doing. It makes me really frustrated and I just wake myself up. I haven't actively tried to attain lucidity for about a year, and I was never really that good at it, but I try every now and then. Is this common for people? How can I get past this? |
