      few LD's- dunno why

right, it used to be that I would have like 3 per week, however these days I have like 1 if I'm lucky and they are not even very vivid. Atm I:

      1.RC regularly throughout the day
2.keep a DJ - around 2-3 pages of dreams per day
      3.go to bed around 10:30-11
4.wake up at 3 am and go to the loo, after that try to wild
new: scotch taped paper with "true" written on it near my screen.

it used to be that, while unsuccessful, my wild attempts made me have a DILD later on, however for the past months I have very few lucids even while doing the stuff above. There must be something I'm missing.

Well, what you do seems to be good. A few things could affect it though.

Have you been more stressed than usual? That could do it. Otherwise... Have you been eating a little while before going to sleep? Have you been focusing on the meaning behind your RCs?

Thats all that came to mind.

      Hope it works out.
      Bollocks.

I'd focus more on your DILD technique than your WILD right now. I think the problem is that the novelty of failed WILD has worn off. Do you fall asleep faster during WILD than you used to? What time do you get up in the mornings?

Explain this, and how it helps you lucid dream.

well I'm somewhat stressed about not having LD's- perhaps I should work on that

Have you been eating a little while before going to sleep
I have noticed some foods are counterproductive to dream recall so I just drink tea before sleeping and before trying to WILD

What time do you get up in the mornings
I go to sleep around 10:30-11:30, try to WILD at 3 am, usually set my alarm to 7

Do you fall asleep faster during WILD than you used to
      yes

hasn't helped me yet but it's a handy way to do RC's
