Is it possible to induce a false awakening with a technique or something? |

Hitting snooze often might induce a false awakening. (Between snoozes). |

whyyyy would you want to induce one???? I keep having them and would rather use that time for "real" dreaming |

TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]

the "Mind V.S. Body" Induction technique
Everyman 2 LD's/ sleep schedule progress
It wouldn't really work for what you want to use them for, but I can consistently get false awakenings by trying to wake up from a lucid dream. To do that, you already need to be lucid, so it is kind of uselesss. |

the main reason is just because i like having them but they do help attain lucidity so.. |
