well it's good that you are still trying |

Is that a hint of sarcasm I see there? |

DILD/AILD (Anomaly Induced Lucid Dream ) 5
To be honest i was rater discouraged after two days of not having a lucid dream as friend of mine says he was about 3-4 every week with our trying. I know now he is either lying or loved by god. But i figure its not to hard to learn how to lucid dream, doing RC around the day and keeping a DJ only take 5-10 minutes out of my day but its a kick in the balls to hear stories about people that have there first LD in a couple of nights. |

LD count: 1
Short term goals
Perfect recall[], Have an LD[X], Sustain a LD[], have 10 LDs[].
Long term goals achieve full lucidity[], Complete a task of the year[], Go to heaven and have a beer with Jesus[] Full dream control[]
Don't try too much. If you're discouraged, stop trying. You're only going to have a bad stigma regarding LDs, and you'll have less in return. Take a break for a few days, catch up on some needed sleep or whatever but keep LDing low in your priority list. Rcing is optional but don't stress it. |

"You don't have to worry about anything here, you're going to wake up now, but you may come back whenever you like."
I´m always a bit jealous when I read that people had a lucid dream the night after reading about it the first time. I had 2 in 2 years now and it needs a strong will to keep on going for month and month, even if you have no success. |
