      Become One With Universe

One of my goals in a Lucid Dream for as long as I can remember has been to become not only a part of the universe but actually become one with everything.

I have not yet been able to successfully been able to complete this task and was wondering if anyone ever has experienced something like this or also shares the same goal.

Any thoughts on how this can be completed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

The most I has accomplished is becoming a planet, and chickened after a few seconds, probably if the universe is small, it should be easy.

      Been there, done that.

In one lucid, I realized that I was all the DCs, I was the the buildings, the earth, the sky, the air. THat feeling of being everything kept expanding until my consciousness dropped down to a molecular level. I was every single molecule and atom all at once, vibrating away.

What was interesting was that when down to the molecular level and I was literally everything, I lost all will to do anything. I had no desire to act or to think or anything. I was too busy just being aware.

I couldn't have done anything in that state if I wanted to. I couldn't even have wanted to do anything. Not that it was a bad thing, it was just... different.

Not that I believe in God, but after that I could understand why he doesn't get involved in all the terrible things that go on in the world.

i think this is also how it works in waking life, deep down we ARE all one with the universe.

Existence is that singularity point become aware of it self.....and we are that point experiencing itself..some people realize this on certain drugs and feel it's all pointless when it's not...that's the beauty of it, peoples different personalities..its a gift that we can have life with one another rather than being alone.

It IS the ego that separates us., but the ego isn't evil or negative anything, It's just a tool for us to learn oneness. The ego is necessary though, to balance itself out, part of duality. Without it life itself would be pretty much pointless. Life is just a learning experience.

      You crack me up moonshine.

Anyhoo, here's the link to that dream in my DJ. Seems I had forgotten the conclusion I came to in the dream from that experience. Moonshine is really not going to like that, lol.

The "at one with the universe" dream can't be that uncommon amongst the spiritualists. Its a shared aspiration after all. Think about it enough and its going to happen.

I just have to wonder how accurate these typically pretentious descriptions are (did Cusp really compare himself to GOD?!).

"I was a vibrating molecule (signified in my dream by a tea cup rotating around a teddy bear". I was at one with the "universe" (which in my dream was a field of singing elfs)".

I've had an experience (while awake) like this ( aka: satori ) almost a year ago, which changed my life forever on a very deep level. After some time contemplating & meditating on the experience, I started to think much bigger than just this 'local universe' which I used to naievely equate to the totality of 'everything'.

So anyways, i'm just suggestiing that you don't limit your thinking/dreaming to this local universe alone...think much bigger then that.
