A lot more easier for me during a nap. It is a dream still and shares the same mechanics, so yes you can.
Jujutsu is the gentle art. It's the art where a small man is going to prove to you, no matter how strong you are, no matter how mad you get, that you're going to have to accept defeat. That's what jujutsu is.

Any dream is a good dream for dream-induced-lucid-dreaming, as unlike WILD it doesn't matter how you go to sleep, as long as you get to sleep.

Coincidentally, I find the hardest part of nap dreams is falling asleep in the first place. :x

I find that when i take a nap my dreams are much more vivid and real... so maybe you would say that they are harder to DILD in because of this?

I have no problem, but still. And i also remember a lot more of my nap dreams. I recommend napping to do any sort of lucid dreaming tbh.

I find the hardest part is waking up. It is so tempting to sleep all day.
