Lately, I've been having dreams about certain people. They were people that I didn't really notice before but once they were in my dream for about a second, I suddenly had an unintentional obsessing thought about them.

I would constantly think about them when they were in my dreams and I would notice them a lot more. They were mostly girls but I wasn't in love with them or anything. I just seemed to constantly think about them and couldn't stop until the next day.

Is there a specific term about this kind of dreaming? I know I've had these kinds of dreams throughout my life... But is there something that dreams do that make you notice people a lot more?
