How many hours do you sleep each night?

I suggest that you start with recall again, without recall its very difficult to have and remember a lucid dream. Write down everything you remember from a dream even if its just feelings or fragments, it will help your recall improve. Once you get your dream recall back lucid dreaming should be very easy

      ^Probably

Thats the problem, I don't recall my dreams anymore

Usually I go to sleep at 22:30, and wake up at 07:00, so thats about 8 and a half hours.

You're already keeping a journal? You could also use the MILD technique for better recall: intstead of saying something like next time I'm dreaming, I will become lucid, say something like I will recall my dream in detail.

MILD is a good idea, but try limiting it to simply WBTB, as in, you wake up after about 5-6 hours of sleep, stay up for a few minutes, then go back to bed. If you remember any dreams while you're awake, try to write them down quickly, then go to sleep again.

Pick a technique, and stick with it. I like MILD, because I have decent memory. Some people may like WILD, WBTB, etc. more. Point is, pick a method that you like and keep at it. I agree with Sugarglider: build recall again first. Have patience, and you'll be LDing again in no time.

Disrupted sleep patterns, stress, or even excessive tiredness may be impacting your dreams. I think once you settle into your new sleep pattern, you'll be right back on track. Hang in there!

Alright, well, tonight only a fragment again. I guess I'll give it more time to settle.

      Anyways, thanks for the advice

      xx
