So I've been into LDing for a month now, and it started pretty well. I remembered dreams properly, wrote em down etc. Then my internship began, and I didn't remember any dreams at all. Since a week now though, I've been remembering dreams pretty well, usually 1+- dream per night. (And write em down ofcourse).
I put my alarm clock on my cellphone to go off on vibration-mode every hour of the day, so it reminds me to do a reality check. (And I do RC's between those times as well.) But they haven't been of help yet...
And when I'm going to bed, I use the WILD ( or sometimes MILD, but it just doesn't seem as effective... to me personally) technique. Except I find it harder to get to SP anymore. So I read something about your REM cycle etc, and decided to put my alarm clock on a few hours after I sleep, and do WBTB. But I just find myself way to tired to wait for SP, and just crash back to sleep.
Is there anyone who can help guide me? I'm trying to follow every step (I even bought ETWOLD) but it still won't seem to work
