Chances are that even if nothing 'scary' happens and you don't hallucinate that it still is SP. I would suggest changing your breathing pattern to try to break out of it. This suggestion is purely on what I've heard, mind you, I have only had SP once. |

You don't have to hallucinate to have SP, it is just a common side effect. The only thing that helps me snap out of SP is holding my breath, or if you want a less extreme version change your breathing, this alerts your body that something is wrong and it will wake you up. Hope this helps |
